Proposed Flyover from Bannanje Narayana Guru Circle to MGM College: Action After DPR, Says MP Kota Srinivas Poojary
UDUPI: Plans are underway to construct a new flyover from Bannanje Narayana Guru Circle to MGM College in Udupi, and necessary action will be initiated once the Detailed Project Report (DPR) is finalized, announced Member of Parliament Kota Srinivas Poojary.
- Easing Traffic Congestion: The proposed flyover aims to streamline traffic flow and address increasing vehicular density along the key stretch between Bannanje and MGM College.
- Implementation Post-DPR: Comprehensive technical evaluations and feasibility studies are currently being compiled into a Detailed Project Report (DPR), following which administrative approvals and project execution will begin.
- Benefits to Commuters: Once completed, the flyover will significantly reduce travel times, providing major relief to daily commuters, students, and tourists visiting the coastal town.
