New Delhi, September 20, 2025 – The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has released a notification for EMRS (Eklavya Model Residential Schools) Teacher Recruitment 2025, announcing a massive 7,267 vacancies across teaching and non-teaching categories. The recruitment aims to strengthen education in tribal areas by filling posts for Principals, PGTs, TGTs, Hostel Wardens, Clerks, Lab Attendants, and more.

Eligibility Criteria
For PGT posts, applicants must hold a Master’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. For TGT posts, a graduate degree with B.Ed is required, and CTET qualification is preferred. For Principal posts, candidates need postgraduate qualifications with experience in teaching and administration. The age limit varies by post, with relaxations available for reserved categories.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive attractive pay scales. TGT salaries range from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month, PGT salaries from ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100 per month, and Principals may earn up to ₹2,09,200 per month, depending on experience and seniority.
Selection Process
The recruitment process includes a written exam, followed by skill tests, interviews, and document verification. Final selections will be based on merit and eligibility compliance.
