Sullia, Oct 14: In a tragic incident in Mauritius, a young student from Sullia lost his life after accidentally slipping and falling while visiting a waterfall.
The deceased has been identified as Nandan S. Bhat, 25, son of Jayalakshmi, from Nadugallu, Kallaje, near Subrahmanya. Nandan was in Mauritius on a student visa, pursuing a diploma in hospitality and tourism.
According to reports, the accident occurred while Nandan was sightseeing at a waterfall, where he tragically slipped and fell to his death. His body is currently at Victoria Hospital in Mauritius.
